WOF WOC Series 2023

The World Othello Federation has made some changes to the World Othello Championship rules. The WOF started the WOC-Series, which includes the World Othello Championship, the Youth WOC, the Ladies WOC and the Confederation Championships.
All tournaments that are WOC qualifiers are included in the WOC series.
This year there will be six confederation championships. First in line is the European and South American Othello championships both scheduled for 29th-30th April. In June and July we have the Asia-Pacific Othello Championship and the West Asian Othello Championship. The African Othello Championship is planned for September. Finally the North American Othello Championship is yet to be scheduled, but it will be decided soon.
The winners of each confederation championship will qualify for the 2023 WOC in Rome in November with all travel expenses covered (flights + hotel).
The finals of each confederation championship will be streamed live with commentary on the WOF YouTube channel.
The WOF tournament committe is already working on planning the WOC Series 2024.
